These terms apply when you visit or buy from shop.justonecookies.com, run by Innermind Functional Foods, operating as Just One Cookies, in Kelowna, BC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy.

Our products

We describe our cookies as accurately as we can, including ingredients and nutrition. The label on each pouch is the final word: always read it before eating, especially if you have an allergy.

Our cookies are made without peanuts, tree nuts, gluten-containing grains, dairy or seed oils. They contain organic bovine collagen, so they aren't vegan. If you have a severe allergy, check the ingredient list on each flavour's page and on the pouch, and contact us with any questions before you order.

Our product information is general information about food. It isn't medical or nutrition advice. If you have a health condition or dietary needs, check with your healthcare provider.

Product images are for illustration. Every cookie is pressed by hand, so yours may look a little different. The ingredient list and nutrition facts on each pouch are always accurate.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Flavours can sell out, and we may stop selling a product at any time.

If a price or product description on our site is wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before we ship, and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

You'll get an order confirmation email when you order. Your order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, refunds and cancellations

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it's your property, but we'll still replace or refund it if it's lost or arrives damaged, as our Refund policy explains.

Our content

The Just One name, logo, packaging, images and writing on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to share it on our website and social media, with your first name only. We won't edit your words in a way that changes their meaning, and we'll remove it if you ask.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under British Columbia or Canadian consumer protection law.

If you have a concern, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Other legal bits

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.
