Consent. We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes described in this policy, such as filling your order and, if you've agreed, sending you emails. You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
Seeing or correcting your information. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email our privacy contact and we'll respond within the time BC law requires, generally 30 business days.
Where it's stored. Our shop runs on Shopify and other service providers, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for six years, as Canadian tax law requires. We keep other personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected.
Emails. We only send marketing emails to people who've agreed to receive them, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
